1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “Client”) and LuxenBond , located in Arambagh, Hooghly, West Bengal (“we,” “us” or “our”).

These terms govern your access to and use of the luxenbond.com website, as well as any products purchased through WhatsApp, social media messaging, phone, or direct offline interactions (collectively, the “Service”).

By placing an order—whether through our website checkout, via a WhatsApp conversation, or in person—you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Handmade Disclaimer

  • Handmade Nature: Many of our products (including framed art, paper crafts, and greeting cards) are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, size, and finish are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

  • Digital Products: Digital downloads (PDFs, images, templates) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of these items, they are strictly non-refundable.

  • Product Representation: We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.​​

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Website Orders: Payment is collected at the time of checkout via our secure payment gateway.

  • WhatsApp / Offline Orders:

    • For orders placed via chat or in person, we will provide a payment link, QR code, or bank details.

    • Payment of an invoice or transfer of funds constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.

    • For custom orders, full payment (or a mutually agreed non-refundable deposit) is required before production begins.

5. Custom Orders and Proofs (Important)

  • Design Approval: For personalized items (e.g., custom frames, specific text), we may send a digital proof via WhatsApp or Email for your approval.

  • Finality: Once you approve a design proof in writing (e.g., replying "Approved" or "Okay" on WhatsApp), no further changes can be made, and the order cannot be cancelled. We are not responsible for errors (such as spelling mistakes) that existed in the proof you approved.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Service: We ship primarily within India using reputable courier partners.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are processed and dispatched from our distribution center in Kolkata, West Bengal (Pin Code: 712232).

  • Processing Time: Ready-made items are shipped within 2-3 business days. Custom items will have a specific timeline communicated to you at the time of order.

  • Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the goods passes to you once we hand the package to the courier service. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier company or force majeure events.

7. Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Standard Products: Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photos.

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Returns or refunds are NOT accepted for custom-made orders (e.g., a frame with your photo, a card with a specific name) unless the item is delivered damaged.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once an order has been processed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and product designs, is the property of Saikat  Chowdhury / LuxenBond and is protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs without express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. LuxenBond and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Hooghly, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
