Refund and Cancellation Policy

At LuxenBond (operated by Saikat Chowdhury), we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Whether you purchase through our website, WhatsApp, or directly from us, we want you to be satisfied with your order.

However, as many of our products are handmade, customized, or digital in nature, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns or provide replacements if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size or design sent by us).

  • Reporting Window: You must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof Required: To be eligible for a return/replacement, you must send us:

    1. Your Order ID / Invoice Number.

    2. Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage.

  • Process: Send the proof to our WhatsApp (9477575725) or Email (luxenbond@gmail.com). Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, the following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom/Personalized Products: Any item made specifically for you (e.g., photo frames with your pictures, custom-text greeting cards, or commissioned art) cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrived damaged.

  • Digital Products: All downloadable files (e-books, templates, digital art) are non-refundable once the download link has been sent to you.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the product has been processed or delivered.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Standard Products: You may cancel an order for standard (non-custom) items within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Custom Orders: For personalized orders, cancellation is only possible before production begins. Once we have started the design or printing process (usually within 12 hours of order confirmation), the order cannot be cancelled as materials have already been used.

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Card).

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
